Billy was quick to respond. Came straight out and recommended and fitted improved locks and even gave me a lift. Work was completed quickly and all tidied after. Cannot recommend more highly

I needed someone to install a Simply Smartlock onto a UPVC door, repair a lock on a UPVC window and repair a fire door damaged by a tenant who had ripped off a door handle. Billy contacted me very quickly after I posted for a tradesman. He provided me with a reasonable quote and I booked in the work. Billy texted me the day before the job to confirm he'd be there. On the day he texted me to let me know what time he would be on site. He fitted the lock in good time, we got it all working, and the carried out the other repairs without a fuss. A highly recommended tradesman.

Good experience. 3 lock were replaced with high security lock in short time. It was done very efficiently and no miss in my house. The agent is very reliable, experienced and easily replaced the lock. He did explain to me the difference between this high security lock and previous lock. The work was perfect and I am very happy with finish. I highly recommend the agent and the his company for any lock work
