Arrived ontime and explained exactly what the issue was, talked me through everything he was doing and replaced the lock and handle with higher quality fittings.

Billy was friendly polite and very helpful, explaining to me what the issue was with my patio door lock.Then he proceeded to change the lock in a professional manner explaining what he had done and showed patio door was now able to be locked..I was very happy and satisfied with the work carried out.I would definitely recommend Barras Locks to friends and family
