I would not hesitate to recommend. Billy is a lovely and very polite young man who got in touch very promptly after my job was posted and immediately advised what the likely issue was and provided a quote. Communication was great throughout . Billy did a very efficient and thorough job and gave some additional safety advice which was very helpful. It was a great relief to get the problem sorted out so quickly and my home feels much safer now!

Arrived within a few hours of the job being posted and was finished in minutes. Simple & easy and great work.

I rang Billy & asked him to attend my elderly mother’s property to repair a defective back door lock. He arrived & completed the job within the hour, keeping in constant touch with me by telephone with details of the problem & repair estimate. My mum was highly complimentary of Billy’s attitude & expertise. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

Fantastic Service. Responded to my initial text fast, arrived at our location fast. Got the stuck door open replaced the cheap original gear box with a high quality one and lock original lock that had a stuck key for a better quality one with a twisty knob instead of a key. Offered security tips and to inset the lock for safety but didn't need to in the end due to the design of our handle, and he did all this in about 40 minutes (50 minutes from the first text i sent) very quick. Did a great Job. On top of being very polite and professional. Would 100% recommend. Thanks again.

Picked up the work quickly and had it sorted two days later! Smooth new lock and works perfectly.
