Called around about 12 companies at 00:30 and Billy from Barras was the only one able to get out to me. Got to me in an hour and was friendly and efficient. Was inside my home within 15 minutes! Turns out the cylinder in my lock is faulty. He advised me as to what I should do in future and that it needs replacing. Thanks Billy! You were a hero coming all the way out to Matlock!

Finally I can easily open ad close both doors without having to fight with them. I like the honesty when undertaking the Jobs and the quick reply.

Billy came out at 1am offer we had been broken into . He secured the property and came back today to fit all new handles and locks. Great price and a great person . Highly recommend

Excellent service phoned Billy up he was here within an hour n half explained what went wrong with my lock installed a upgrade all done within 10 minutes. Excellent price great value.

Billy came and replaced my front door lock cylinder. There was excellent communication throughout and he came and got it done really quick. For some reason the torx screw on the lock had been replaced with a retaining screw which made the job harder than expected, but he still got it done super quick without too much extra hassle. He also measured up a different lock in the house whilst he was here, and gave good advice. Would definitely recommend the company!
