Billy was very helpful and friendly, he told me the costs of the jobs that may need doing after I told him the problem we had with our lock, he explained everything he was doing and each process of the job, I have kept his contact details for future reference as I would be more than happy for him to do anymore problems I may encounter.

Very quick response, easily identified & fixed the problem. Friendly, helpful, professional, reasonable charges. Would be happy to use again. No hesitation in recommending.

Sorry cannot remember the guys name but he was excellent in everything that he did. He was polite clean and well spoken. My lock was very tricky but in the end everything worked out well. Excellent work by this guy

Contacted Billy about my faulty door lock and he came promptly the next day and fitted a new lock to my UVPC door which had been ‘playing up’ for a few weeks. I decided to upgrade the lock on my other door too for peace of mind.Billy was polite, courteous, friendly and professional and I was happy with the price charged. Locks guaranteed for 12 months and Billy advised that if I had any problems at all with the new locks that I was simply to contact him and he would come back to rectify any problems.

Billy was efficient, really reasonable, communicated well and then kindly delivered my keys to an alternative address once the lock was changed, as I wasn’t there to receive them.
